I am a physicist working on biological systems.
Field of research
I am a physicist studying biological systems that display collective or emergent behavior, using the tools of statistical mechanics and inference, with often a strong link to data. The systems I study include the adaptive immune system, sensory systems, molecular signaling, and the collective motion of animal groups.
