I am a biophysicist studying in the Ecology and Evolution of Microbial Communities.
My group studies how microbial interactions drive the dynamics of microbial communities and their functions. We focus on the emergence of alternative stable states, as well as how different ecological dynamics impact antibiotic resistance in community context. Our integrative approach combines theoretical modelling with laboratory experiments.
