After my post-doc at ENS, I am currently working at phagos.

In my work I use machine learning methods, sometimes inspired by statistical physics, to unravel the hidden patterns present in biological sequence data such as proteins, RNA or DNA sequences.

My focus is mainly in viral sequences and in finding quantitative descriptions of host-pathogen interactions at the genomic level.
More info about my research interests can be found in my personal website.

Field of research

Séquences virales, description quantitative des interactions hôte-pathogène à l'échelle génomique.
