A research project led by Claudia Lunghi aims to bring a new understanding of sight impairment. Claudia Lunghi, a researcher in the Laboratoire des Systèmes Perceptifs, has secured a European Research Council grant to examine how the brain adapts to sensory impairment. The basic research of the HOPLA project could lead to innovative therapies for patients suffering from impaired vision.
